Light Saturday rota only, no overnight on-call or OOH duties
This is a full-time Senior Veterinary Surgeon position based at Westhorne Vets in South East London, offering a modern approach to vet practice life. You'll work a 4-day week with only light Saturday cover (no overnight on-call), giving you genuine work-life balance without the traditional OOH grind.
You'll join an experienced, loyal team of RVNs and support staff who are genuinely invested in your success. The practice is well-positioned with excellent transport links and is part of a proudly independent group founded by veterinary surgeons. Across the DNA Vetcare network, you'll have access to colleagues holding certificates in Soft Tissue Surgery, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Neurology, Dermatology, Exotics, Oncology and more. This collaborative setup means you'll always have expert guidance available for case discussions and clinical development.
The group has made clinical progression a priority. They invest in CPD packages, offer certificate funding support, and provide zero-percent finance plans across all practices. This removes barriers when discussing treatment options with clients and reflects their commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care.
