Iffley Vets is seeking a permanent small animal veterinary surgeon to join their established team in Oxfordshire. This is a daytime-only role with no out-of-hours commitments, allowing you to enjoy genuine work-life balance with a standard 4-day working week. The practice is located in a prime position combining access to civilised city life with proximity to the countryside.
You'll be joining a supportive team that actively invests in professional development. The practice has invested significantly in new equipment and facilities, including advanced imaging, orthopaedic theatre capability, laser therapy, and dental imaging. With over 80 years of combined senior management experience, the team is committed to helping you progress as far as you wish within the profession. Additionally, a new hospital is opening in 2026 offering full round-the-clock care, should you wish to develop hospital-based interests.
