Ready for genuinely flexible working and zero nights? Easipetcare's Dartford team offers competitive pay, a 75-year nursing powerhouse, and the work-life balance vets actually want—with Saturday mornings on a 1:3 rota and time back in lieu.

🕐 Schedule & Rota

No out-of-hours night shifts. Saturday mornings on a 1:3 rota with time recouped in lieu.

About the Role

Join a spacious, well-equipped small animal practice in Dartford with a genuine commitment to flexible working and work-life balance. This role offers you the choice to work full-time, part-time, or on a bespoke schedule—including options like a protected 4-day week. You’ll be part of a team of 3 established vets supported by an exceptionally strong nursing team of 3 RVNs, 1 SVN, and 1 ANA, plus 7 support staff. The practice also hosts regular visiting specialists in orthopaedics, cardiology, and imaging, giving you access to expert collaboration and diverse cases.

Importantly, there are no night shifts or out-of-hours duties required. Saturday mornings operate on a 1:3 rota, and you receive the time back in lieu. With your varied small animal caseload—whether you lean towards surgery or medicine—you’ll have the scope to develop your clinical interests while maintaining genuine control over your schedule.

The practice is RCVS accredited, conveniently located opposite a retail park with easy access to Dartford town centre and London. Free parking is available, and you’ll work in a modern, light-filled environment with dedicated consulting rooms, an open-plan prep area, and a separate theatre suite.
