Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist nursing support during referral cases, particularly in dentistry, oral and maxillofacial surgery, and anaesthesia
• Assist with pre-operative and post-operative patient care
• Support anaesthetic protocols and patient monitoring
• Work as part of a dedicated referral nursing team
• Maintain high standards of patient care and surgical nursing practice
• Contribute to the nursing team’s day-to-day operations in a specialist hospital setting

Requirements

• Current RCVS registration as a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN)
• Special interest in dentistry, oral and maxillofacial surgery, or anaesthesia (desirable)
• Ability to work effectively within a specialist referral team
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
