Join a highly successful, independent small animal practice on the Sussex Coast as Head Registered Veterinary Nurse. This is a senior nursing leadership position where you'll help shape the direction of a friendly, progressive team known for outstanding first-opinion care. Working full time over 40 hours across 5 days, with a manageable 1:5 weekend rota (Saturday mornings only), you'll have genuine opportunity to influence clinical practice and mentor fellow nurses.
