You'll step into a senior nursing leadership position at Hawkedon and Homefield Vets, overseeing the nursing team across two modern, fully equipped practices in Suffolk. This full-time role spans 40 hours over 4 or 5 days per week, with a 1-in-6 Saturday morning rota (8:30 am to 2 pm). The team is close-knit and genuinely supportive, with a strong emphasis on professional development and empowering nurses to thrive and utilise their full skillset.
The Homefield Road practice in Bury St Edmunds is purpose-built (opened 2009), while Hawkedon offers a peaceful village setting. Both sites are modern, well-equipped facilities serving a diverse small-animal clientele with experienced vets, nurses, and support staff who actively encourage training and additional qualifications across the team.
