No out of hours or on-call commitments.
This is a rare leadership opportunity for an experienced vet who wants to stay hands-on while helping guide the future of a well established small animal practice. Around 80% of your time will be spent in practice, working across a varied caseload that includes consults and surgery.
You will play a key part in leading and developing colleagues, supporting clinical discussions and helping less experienced vets and new graduates build confidence. The role also gives you scope to influence how the practice grows, with responsibility for strategy, clinical standards, continuous improvement and performance across two busy sites.
