Swift Referrals and Emergencies is recruiting a part-time Hospital Clinician to join its multidisciplinary referral hospital in Wetherby. This is a varied clinical role with an average of 20 to 30 hours per week, working around a rota of 1 to 2 days per week and 1 in 2 weekends.
You will report to the Lead Hospital Clinician and work alongside specialist-led clinicians, hospital clinicians, nursing and ACA teams, and the client care team. The caseload includes first opinion emergency consultations, diagnostics and surgery, plus support with complex investigations and inpatient care.
The hospital is equipped with advanced facilities, including a purpose-built intensive care unit, point-of-care ultrasonography, oxygen kennels, ICU bays and cots, multiparameter monitoring, its own radiography suite, an in-house laboratory and diagnostic imaging such as a 1.5T Siemens MRI scanner and 128 slice GE CT scanner.
