Hook Veterinary Centre is seeking an enthusiastic and team-oriented Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their full-time clinical team. Based in the lovely village of Hook, Hampshire, this RCVS-accredited practice combines countryside living with excellent transport links to London and the South Coast. You'll be part of a large, collaborative team of 7 vets, 8 RVNs, and 4 receptionists, all working together in a modern, well-equipped facility featuring digital radiography, dental X-ray, advanced ultrasound, in-house Idexx laboratory, and multiparameter monitoring equipment.
The role offers a 40-hour working week with a varied rota: two 8 am to 4:30 pm shifts, one 10 am to 7:30 pm shift, and one 11 am to 7:30 pm shift each week, plus a 1 in 4 Saturday rota (8 am to 1 pm) with a half day the following Friday to give you a long weekend. Best of all, there are no out-of-hours responsibilities; all calls transfer to Vets Now outside practice hours, supporting an excellent work-life balance. Part-time applications are also considered for the right candidate.
