The Oak Veterinary Group is based in Pembrokeshire and operates as part of inspiring vet care, the UK's number one vet care provider trusted with the care of over 2 million animals. The main Haverfordwest small animal practice is undergoing a property redevelopment programme during 2026 and features modern facilities including surgery, dentistry, internal laboratory, ultrasound, radiography and endoscopy. The Fishguard branch offers unique hydrotherapy and physiotherapy services delivered by a full-time Rehab Co-Ordinator, along with internal laboratory, dentistry, surgical facilities, and an aquatic treadmill. Laser and acupuncture services are available at both locations.
The practice is led by a Head Vet and includes an advanced practitioner in small animal surgery who performs complex procedures, allowing the wider veterinary team to focus on orthopaedic work and complex soft tissue surgery in-house. The team values professional development, collaboration, and a supportive culture focused on care, community and continuous improvement.
