1-in-5 weekend rota, Saturdays 8am-2pm with day off following weekend shift
New Malden Vets is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their established small animal team on a full-time basis. This is a permanent role within inspiring vet care, the UK's leading vet care provider trusted with over 2 million animals annually. The practice sits in a vibrant, community-focused location with excellent transport links to Wimbledon, Kingston upon Thames, Central London, and the coast, offering the perfect balance of city access and weekend escape opportunities.
The role features a diverse schedule averaging 40 hours per week with rotating shifts (8am-3pm, 8am-6pm, 12pm-8pm, and 11am-6pm), plus a 1-in-5 weekend rota covering Saturdays 8am-2pm with a day off following your weekend shift. You'll work alongside 2 Clinical Directors, 4 Veterinary Surgeons, and 5 other Registered Veterinary Nurses in a warm, inclusive team that genuinely feels like family.
New Malden Vets is a long-established small animal practice owned and run by Jackie Cox and Margo Scott, who have been with the practice for 20 and 30 years respectively, and have owned the business since 2003.
