Clockhouse Vets in Stroud is looking for a Student Veterinary Nurse to join the team in 2027. This is a hands-on training role where you will build both clinical and non-clinical skills while working towards qualification as a Registered Veterinary Nurse.
You will support patient care under the guidance of Veterinary Surgeons and Registered Veterinary Nurses, gaining practical experience across a range of nursing duties as you develop confidence in day-to-day practice. The working pattern is 40 hours a week over 5 days, with a mix of early, mid and late shifts running from 7.30am to 7.30pm.
Clockhouse Vets in Stroud is equipped with an operating theatre, dedicated dental theatre, X-ray, dental X-ray, portable ultrasound and a newly installed scavenging system. The practice also has separate cat and dog wards, an isolation kennel, a separate cat reception area and a spacious waiting room.
