Blue House Veterinary Centre is looking for an organised and personable Client Care Advisor to join the team on a part-time fixed term basis covering 6 months. This is a busy front-of-house role where you'll be the first point of contact for clients and play an important part in creating a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience.
The working pattern is 3 full days from 8am to 6.30pm or 7.30pm, plus 3 Saturday mornings from 8am to 1.30pm. You'll be supporting appointments, enquiries, client communication and the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, working closely with both clinical and non-clinical colleagues.
