Alma Veterinary Hospital is looking for an organised, personable Receptionist to join the team on a full-time permanent basis. This is a varied client-facing role where you will help create a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.
You will support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues. The working pattern is 37.5 hours per week, with a mix of early and late shifts from 8am to 4.30pm and 10.30am to 7pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.
Alma Veterinary Hospital in Windsor is a fully equipped first opinion practice seeing a wide range of surgical and medical cases. The hospital has 4 consultation rooms, separate cat and dog waiting rooms and wards, a dedicated dental suite, an imaging room and a full in-house laboratory.
It is equipped with a Karl Storz laparotomy tower, radiography, ultrasound, dental radiography, Tonopen, endoscopy, bronchoscopy, orthopaedic equipment, ECG and capnography. The practice also states that it is the only practice within a 15-mile radius able to offer laparoscopic surgery.
