The team prides itself on a caring, friendly approach and building lasting relationships with clients and their pets. Staff stability is a hallmark of the practice: the Practice Manager has been here 20 years, the head nurse 30+ years, and many other team members have similarly long tenures.
The practice is well-equipped with modern facilities including X-ray, ultrasound, endoscope, cryo-pen, and dental X-ray (pending). The team comprises 2 experienced vets with surgical interests, a Clinical Director with medical interests, 5 nurses including a long-serving head nurse, and 6 part-time reception staff.
