Ready to join a practice that respects work-life balance? Lynton House Vets offers no out-of-hours commitment, flexible hours, and a genuine focus on surgery in a purpose-built hospital-standard facility.
No out-of-hours commitment. 1:4 Saturday rota 8:30am-4:00pm with time back in lieu.
This is a full-time position working four days across 40 hours with no out-of-hours commitment and a 1:4 Saturday rota (8:30am-4:00pm with time back in lieu). You'll be joining Lynton House Vets, a practice with over 70 years of history at the heart of the Woking community. The role offers a healthy balance of consulting and surgery, with procedures ranging from routine neutering and lump removals to soft tissue work. If you prefer a consult-only or surgery-focused role, the practice is flexible and happy to shape your workload around your strengths and passions.
The practice is thoughtfully designed with separate cat and dog waiting areas, a designated cat consultation room, a large private bereavement suite, spacious prep areas, two theatres, dedicated imaging and lab spaces, and comfortable wards. Modern facilities include ultrasound with VVS scans, digital and dental X-ray, multiparameters, and referral options when needed. You'll also have a dedicated office for admin work and a large staff room with its own kitchen.
Part-time hours are available for the right candidate. While the main site is in Woking, occasional travel to Addlestone and Bagshot branches will be part of the role.
Lynton House Vets is part of Lynton Veterinary Group, established in the mid-1940s.
