This is a full-time fixed-term position for 12 months, based primarily at Myerscough Vets in Clayton-le-Dale with one day per week at the Blackburn branch. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, setting the tone for their visit and ensuring every interaction reflects the practice's commitment to care and professionalism.
Working across a varied schedule (Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a 1-in-5 rota), you'll manage appointments, field enquiries, support client communications, and collaborate with both clinical and non-clinical staff to create a seamless experience for patients and their owners.

The practice operates across 10 sites with 17 veterinary surgeons, supported by a dedicated team of RVNs, SVNs, ACAs and Client Care Advisors.
