This is a leadership opportunity for a confident, motivated vet who wants to develop others as well as themselves. You'll work a manageable 4-day week with Saturdays shared on a 2-in-6 rota (8am-2pm only), no out-of-hours cover, and no Sunday work. This equates to a 40-hour week with genuine work-life balance.
You'll be joining a longstanding, collaborative team of 4.5 vets, 6 RVNs, 2 SVNs, a clinical coach, and a full reception team in Egham, Surrey. The practice has been serving the local community for over 40 years and holds RCVS accreditation and International Cat Care Gold Standard status. You'll have clinical freedom with a varied small animal caseload and opportunities to specialise through further study, advanced surgery, or developing specialist services.
