You'll join Lockwood Animal Hospital as a Primary Care Veterinary Surgeon, working across the Rosewood and Blackheath sites. This flexible role offers a well-balanced mix of medical and surgical cases, with the opportunity to tailor your work to your clinical interests. There are no out-of-hours or on-call commitments, with a manageable 1:8 Saturday rota (09:00 to 17:00) as the only weekend work. You'll typically work 40 hours per week over 4 days, giving you genuine flexibility and work-life balance.
You'll be an integral member of a collaborative clinical team, contributing to the continued development of colleagues whilst expanding your own skills. The practice maintains a strong reputation in the local community and invests heavily in staff wellbeing and professional development. Although you'll be supported by the wider team, there will be periods of sole charge required in this role.
