This is a full-time small animal Veterinary Surgeon position in Fareham, with 38 hours worked across four days. The rota includes 1:3 Saturday mornings from 9am to 12pm, and there are no out-of-hours or on-call requirements. Part-time applicants will also be considered.
You will be joining a practice where continuity of care matters, so you can follow cases through and get to know your clients well. The caseload is mainly cats and dogs, with occasional rabbits, and there is a mix of consultations, medical work-ups and surgery.
The role offers clinical autonomy, including some sole-charge work, while still giving you support when needed. The practice also has established referral pathways and access to visiting specialists for cases that need additional input.
