You'll be joining Northdale Veterinary Practice, a well-established three-branch small animal operation in Worthing on the beautiful Sussex coast. This role offers a balanced mix of consulting, surgery, and procedures with genuine work-life balance and no out-of-hours commitments. You'll develop clinical confidence in a supportive environment where progression happens at your own pace, working with a collaborative team of 6 other vets and 9 nurses across the branches.
Your schedule includes one Saturday rota per month (8am-2pm only) and flexible weekday hours between 8am and 7pm with a mix of early and late starts. The practice provides good staff facilities including a large restroom and kitchen, and you'll work across a wide mix of routine and surgical cases typical of established general practice.
