Deane Vets in Taunton is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join its busy first-opinion small animal practice. The caseload includes cats, dogs, rabbits, small furries and the occasional tortoise, offering plenty of variety alongside the chance to build strong client relationships.
You will have scope to shape the role around your interests, whether that is consulting, surgery or a mix of both. The practice describes a balanced approach to consultations and routine surgery, including dentistry, lump removals and soft tissue procedures, with time to work cases through properly and maintain continuity of care.
Full-time hours are worked over four days, with shifts between 8:30am and 7:00pm. Part-time applications are also welcomed, and the rota includes 1 in 6 Saturday mornings from 8:00am to 1:00pm, with no out-of-hours commitments.
