This is a rare opportunity to be a founding veterinary surgeon at a newly built practice opening in November 2026. You'll help set the clinical culture and practice protocols from the ground up, rather than simply filling a roster slot. The practice operates on a subscription-first philosophy, removing cost conversations from the consultation room so you can focus entirely on what's best for each patient.
You'll work a fixed shift pattern with no out-of-hours responsibilities. Choose between weekday shifts (Monday to Thursday, 9am to 6pm) or weekend shifts (Friday to Sunday, with varying hours). Dedicated administrative time is built into your schedule to protect your working day and maintain genuine work-life balance.
