7 nights on, 14 nights off rota; 6:30pm to 8:30am shifts; dedicated night service supporting own clinics only
This is a dedicated night veterinary surgeon position based at Avonvale's central hospital in Warwick, operating on a highly desirable 7 nights on, 14 nights off rota (6:30pm to 8:30am). You'll be part of a 30-strong veterinary team that includes specialists in medicine, soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery, dermatology, feline medicine, ophthalmology, and diagnostic imaging, all working within a genuinely collaborative culture where support is always available.
The night service supports only Avonvale's own clinics, ensuring excellent case continuity and a familiar patient environment. You'll work closely with a dedicated night nurse and have access to accommodation during your working week if required. Regular M&M meetings and vet meetings foster open discussion, continuous learning, and team development under the leadership of three Clinical Directors.
