Saturday mornings on a 1 in 4 rota (daytime only, not overnight).
This is a permanent, full-time position working 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8am to 7.30pm) plus one Saturday morning in four. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and patients, working closely with the clinical team to deliver exceptional service and care at Village Vet St. Johns Wood, a busy small animal practice in central London.
The role is fast-paced, friendly, and varied. No two days are the same as you manage the flow of clients, coordinate with vets and nurses, and ensure every client and patient experience is smooth and positive.
