This is a permanent position (full-time or part-time, minimum 20 hours per week) across the Walderslade and High Halstow sites of Warren House Veterinary Group in the Medway Towns. You'll enjoy flexible working with a manageable 1:3 Saturday rota (9:00–16:00 or 9:00–12:30 consults only, time off in lieu) and no overnight on-call commitment. The role offers a rare opportunity to help restore one site to full clinical operations, giving you genuine scope to shape the practice's direction and growth alongside an experienced, collaborative team.

Warren House Veterinary Group operates four small animal practices across the Medway Towns, Kent, having grown from a single surgery established in 1982 in Rochester. Each branch features 2–3 consulting rooms, separate dog and cat wards, prep rooms, and sterile surgical theatres. All sites offer in-house laboratory services, digital x-ray, and ultrasound facilities, with endoscopy equipment shared across the group. The Lordswood practice collaborates closely with the local Cats Protection adoption centre and holds the Cat Friendly Clinic Silver Award.
Warren House is part of Linnaeus and Mars Veterinary Health, the largest family-owned veterinary company in the world. The clinical team comprises 11 veterinary surgeons, 14 RVNs, 2 PCAs, and 2 student nurses, supported by 18 client care team members across the group.
