Medivet Frimley Green is seeking an experienced RVN to step into a Head Veterinary Nurse position and play a major part in the practice’s next phase. You’ll have the chance to shape the nursing team, influence how the practice is run and help create the kind of workplace you want to be part of.
This is a leadership role with support behind you. A new Partner is now in practice to lead, support and develop the team, and you’ll work closely with them to improve day-to-day running, maintain a positive culture and help the practice grow.
As part of Medivet’s hub-and-spoke model, Frimley Green combines a community practice feel with access to the wider clinical resources of the nearby 24-hour hospital in Wokingham. You’ll also spend an 8-hour shift at that hospital every fourth weekend, alternating between Saturdays and Sundays, and take part in the hospital’s on-call rota.
