As Head Nurse, you will take clinical leadership of the nursing team, ensuring exceptional patient and client care whilst maintaining the highest regulatory, practice and operational standards. This full-time permanent position is based at Medivet's London location, where you'll work alongside a supportive team delivering care across small animal, mixed animal, exotics and hospital cases.
Your role goes beyond a rota and a job title. You'll inspire and develop colleagues, lead nurse-led appointments and schedule 3 activities, support consults, surgeries and procedures, and manage patient admissions and discharges with clinical excellence.
