About the Role

You’ll be joining a Medivet practice in Leominster, working three days per week on a fixed rota of Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays (9am–6:30pm), with one day based at the Ludlow branch and two at Leominster. This part-time arrangement provides genuine flexibility while keeping you connected to a supportive clinical team and access to Medivet’s wider 24-hour hospital network for complex cases and continued learning.

The role centres on delivering exceptional patient care in consultations and surgery, developing personalised treatment plans with clients, and contributing to a collaborative environment where your clinical expertise is valued. You’ll have the backing of established systems, compliance frameworks, and colleagues who prioritise both patient welfare and team wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-standard clinical care during consultations and surgical procedures, maintaining regulatory and operational compliance
• Develop individualised treatment plans in partnership with clients
• Work collaboratively with the practice team to deliver consistent, exceptional patient outcomes
• Contribute to the professional development of colleagues within the Medivet community
• Maintain accurate clinical records and practice standards

Requirements

• MRCVS qualification (UK registered veterinary surgeon)

This is a small animal practice within the Medivet group, part of Medivet Group Limited.
