This is a rare opportunity for a commercially driven and clinically engaged Veterinary Surgeon to co-own and lead a cluster of four practices on the Norfolk/Lincolnshire border. As an Operational Partner within the Medivet Partnership model, you'll own equity in the practices and enjoy genuine autonomy to run them locally while benefiting from Medivet's central support infrastructure.
You'll balance hands-on clinical work with significant leadership and operational responsibility. This role suits someone who wants to maintain a clinical presence, including mentoring and patient care, whilst dedicating meaningful time to strategy, people development, and business growth across a diverse group of practices ranging from seasonal coastal clinics to well-established community practices.
