This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven Veterinary Surgeon to become an Operational Partner and co-own a cluster of four practices across the Norfolk and Lincolnshire border through the Medivet Partnership model. You will take ownership of both clinical and operational performance, working in true partnership with Medivet's central support functions.
The role balances hands-on clinical leadership with strategic business responsibility. You'll maintain a clinical presence including mentoring and patient care, whilst dedicating significant time to non-clinical leadership, team development, and operational excellence across the cluster. The practices range from seasonal coastal clinics to well-established community bases, giving you diverse caseloads and growth opportunities.
