This is a full-time reception role based in Swanland, North Ferriby. You'll be the first point of contact for clients calling or visiting the practice, delivering exceptional service while keeping the team and patients moving smoothly. Working within a supportive team, you'll manage the practice diary, handle emergency triage, and ensure clients can book appointments online with ease.
You'll work directly with vets and nurses to optimise appointment scheduling and manage the practice flow. Your calm, organised approach will be key, especially during busy periods when juggling multiple calls, client queries, and prescription requests.
