Registered Veterinary Nurse

About the Role

This full-time Registered Veterinary Nurse position is based in Brough, East Riding of Yorkshire, serving a multi-site practice. You'll deliver exceptional patient care through nurse-led appointments and procedural support, working alongside a collaborative team. The role includes a 1-in-4 Saturday or Sunday rota, giving you predictable scheduling and genuine downtime between commitments.

You'll carry out comprehensive nursing activities across consultations, surgeries, and procedures while maintaining the highest regulatory and operational standards. Patient monitoring, admissions, discharges, and client communication are all core to your day-to-day work. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver nurse-led appointments and Schedule 3 activities
• Support veterinary consultations, surgeries, and procedures with full procedural compliance
• Manage patient monitoring, admissions, and discharge care
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients to deliver exceptional service
• Work collaboratively within the team to maintain high standards of care and practice operations
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, practice, and operational standards

Requirements

• RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient and client care
• Team player committed to supporting colleagues in a collaborative environment
• Willingness to work 1-in-4 Saturdays or Sundays as part of the rota
