Join a tight-knit team at a first opinion and ophthalmology referral practice where flexible rotas actually mean flexible rotas, and your life outside work genuinely matters.
About the Role
You'll be working at a small, friendly first opinion and ophthalmology referral practice in Sidcup where the atmosphere is homey and collaborative. The team comprises two-and-a-half vets, five nursing staff (including VCAs, student nurses and RVNs), and one receptionist all focused on delivering high-quality care. Despite being part of Medivet's wider network, the practice operates independently with that family-run feel—you get the best of both worlds: day-to-day autonomy plus access to Medivet's 24-hour centre and shared clinical knowledge.
This is a full-time role with varied shift patterns designed to fit around your personal life and hobbies. The practice takes pride in its natural light, comfortable garden space for summer breaks, and a genuine commitment to work-life balance.
