As a Client Care Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for client phone calls and visits, helping to deliver attentive care to clients, patients, and colleagues alike. The role is full time, with working hours of 8:15am to 6:30pm for 4 days a week, plus 1 in 5 Saturdays from 8:30am to 2:30pm.
This position also includes travel to other branches for sickness and holiday cover, with work at Aberdare, Ystradgynlais, and Mountain Ash. Previous veterinary reception experience is desirable, and the role suits someone who can stay calm under pressure, prioritise well, and is flexible and willing to learn.
