You'll work alongside the Branch Partner Gabriella, a Head Nurse, RVN, VCA, and receptionist in a small but well-organised practice. This is a 40-hour role spread across four days per week, offering breathing room without sacrificing clinical variety.
The role includes a 1:6 weekend rota, with out-of-hours cover shared through Medivet's 24-hour Leamington facility and bank holiday on-call duties. You'll deliver exceptional small animal care in consultations and surgery, develop tailored treatment plans with clients, and contribute to a collaborative practice culture that values professional development and peer support.
