Join a supportive GP role that balances autonomy with clinical backup, across two established Medivet practices. You’ll split your week between Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke-on-Trent, with scope to develop your clinical interests and certificate support available.
This is a varied GP Veterinary Surgeon role for someone who enjoys consulting, medical cases and surgery, and wants room to keep developing clinically within a supportive environment. You’ll work three days per week at the Newcastle-under-Lyme practice and one day per week at the Stoke-on-Trent practice, giving you the chance to be part of two established teams.
The role includes one to two days of sole charge each week, but clinical support is still available when you need it. The position is full time, 40 hours per week, and includes a future 1 in 3 Saturday rota from 09:00 to 14:00.
The practices are equipped with digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house laboratory facilities, and dedicated preparation and theatre space. Medivet also supports development through clinical communities, further training and certificates, plus support with certificate funding, visa costs and relevant certification expenses.
