About the Role

This partnership opportunity brings together Medivet Brighton, Medivet Goring and Medivet Worthing, giving you the chance to become a co-owner across three established practices on the south coast. The model combines clinical leadership with ownership, alongside commercial, operational and strategic support from Medivet.

The location offers a coastal lifestyle, with beaches and seaside living nearby, and the Brighton practice also has sea views. You will be shaping the future of the clinics, helping to develop the teams and building thriving local practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Practice Owner and co-owner across the three practices.
• Provide clinical leadership while continuing to care for patients.
• Lead and develop the local teams.
• Help shape the future direction of the clinics.
• Build strong links with the local community.
• Work with Medivet's commercial, operational and strategic support teams.

Requirements

• You must be a vet.
• You should be passionate about leading your own local practice.
• You should be motivated to build a successful, sustainable practice.
• You should be eager to inspire, support and develop a high-performing team.
• Previous leadership experience is not essential.

About the Practice

The opportunity covers Medivet Brighton, Medivet Goring and Medivet Worthing. Across the three practices there are five consult rooms and two theatres.
