About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity to join a supportive 12-strong nursing team across two locations—the main practice in Beverley and the branch at Kingswood, Hull. You’ll rotate fairly through operations, consultations, and patient care, working with a solid caseload across all areas of primary care. The team prioritises balanced rotas and genuine work-life balance, so you’ll have real time to develop skills and recharge between cases.

Norwood Vets operates as part of Linnaeus, backed by Mars Veterinary Health, with access to modern facilities including digital X-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, bronchoscopy, and on-site laboratory. You’ll be surrounded by experienced RVNs who are passionate about clinical excellence and collaborative problem-solving in a friendly, organised environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent nursing care across operations, consultations, anaesthesia, nurse clinics, and ward management
• Work independently and as part of the 12-strong nursing team, demonstrating efficiency and initiative
• Contribute to clinical excellence and patient care standards across both Beverley and Kingswood sites
• Engage proactively in continuous learning and skill development with the support of experienced colleagues

Requirements

• Qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN)
• Comfortable working in a busy primary care practice with diverse caseloads
• Proactive approach to learning and professional development
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Norwood Veterinary Group Beverley is an established primary care practice with two locations serving the Beverley and Hull area. The practice combines a team of 8 vets, 12 nursing and patient care team members, and 8 client care specialists to deliver comprehensive veterinary services. Modern facilities including digital imaging, ultrasound, endoscopy, and on-site laboratory support diverse primary care caseloads.
