As a Primary Care Veterinary Surgeon, you'll work collaboratively with the team at Paxton Vets to deliver high-standard patient and clinical care across a varied small animal caseload. The practice comprises two well-equipped sites in South Norwood, each offering ultrasound, digital X-ray, dental X-ray, well-equipped laboratories and comprehensive inpatient facilities. With a manageable 1 in 7 Saturday rota (9am to 5pm with time off in lieu), you'll have flexibility in your weekly schedule to suit your lifestyle. Options include a standard five-day week across three shift patterns (8.30 to 5, 10.00 to 6.30, or 11 to 7.30 on alternate weeks) or a four-day week (8.30 to 7 or 9 to 7.30). The practice has built strong relationships with its local client base over 60 years and supports community charities meaningfully.
You'll continue developing your clinical skills and interests whilst sharing knowledge with colleagues and contributing positively to the practice culture. As an integral team member, you'll support the ongoing development of those around you.
