This is a part-time permanent position working 14 hours per week in PDSA's Staple Hill charity shop. You'll support the Shop Manager in delivering excellent customer service, managing stock rotation, and creating a welcoming retail environment while championing PDSA's mission to provide vital veterinary care for pets of people in financial hardship.
You'll work alongside a dedicated team of volunteers, using your retail expertise to maximise profitability, spot sales opportunities through financial and competitor analysis, and help generate donations that directly support the charity's life-changing work.
