PDSA Bradford is looking for a Qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a highly collaborative hospital team. This full-time role offers 7.5 hours per day across weekday shifts (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:15pm) with weekend working on a 1-in-7 rota basis (shifts either 9:00am to 6:00pm or 10:30am to 6:00pm). You'll work in a modern, well-equipped facility with separate dog and cat kennelling, in-house radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, piped gases and extensive orthopaedic equipment.
No two days are quite the same at PDSA Bradford. You'll get involved in nurse consultations, inpatient care, dispensing medications and assisting in theatre, including Schedule 3 surgery. Your passion for animal welfare will drive you to champion the charity's mission, promote client contributions and suggest improvements where you see them.
