Join PDSA Leeds as a part-time RVN and make a real difference for pets in financial hardship. Work 2 days a week with a supportive team, modern facilities, and genuine work-life balance.
PDSA Leeds is a highly collaborative pet hospital where you'll be part of a close-knit team delivering high-standard nursing care to a wide variety of cases. This part-time role offers 15 hours per week across 2 days of your choosing, with our standard hours running 8:30am to 5:00pm. You'll occasionally cover late shifts (9:30am to 6:00pm) approximately 1 to 2 times per month, and the practice has been deliberately flexible about what works best for you.
Your role will span the full breadth of nursing: nurse consultations, inpatient care, medication dispensing, theatre assistance including Schedule 3 surgery, and keeping both pets calm and owners informed throughout their visit. You'll work in a modern, well-equipped hospital with separate dog and cat kennelling, in-house radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, piped gases, and extensive orthopaedic equipment. The pace is fast and the work deeply rewarding.
