The role comes with fixed 7.5-hour days within core hours of 08:30 to 18:00, with a flexible approach to which days you work. Weekends are shared fairly across the team with no lone working, and you'll always have a colleague alongside you.

With varied clinical interests across the team, you'll have access to a wide pool of experience when planning treatments. The practice structure gives you roughly one-third surgical work and two-thirds consulting, allowing you to develop confidence across both.
