About the Role
This is a part-time permanent position with flexible hours, offering the chance to work alongside an experienced, caring team at a modern, well-equipped pet hospital. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based veterinary care across a range of medical and surgical cases
- Discuss realistic treatment options with owners, balancing best practice with individual circumstances
- Make sound clinical decisions with pragmatism and a welfare-focused approach
- Build trust with clients and work positively with colleagues across the hospital
- Contribute to continuous improvement of services and champion PDSA's mission

Requirements
- Qualified Veterinary Surgeon (RCVS registered)
- Clinical confidence in making sound, evidence-based decisions
- Adaptability and resilience to handle a diverse caseload
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build client trust
- Collaborative approach and enjoyment of teamwork and shared learning
