Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality clinical care across a diverse small animal caseload, from routine preventative work to complex surgical and medical cases
- Make sound, evidence-based clinical decisions with confidence, discussing realistic treatment options with clients
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to continuous service improvement and champion PDSA's charitable mission
- Engage actively in case discussion and shared learning within a supportive hospital environment
- Build trusted relationships with clients, balancing best practice with their individual circumstances and welfare considerations
Requirements
- Qualified Veterinary Surgeon, registered with the RCVS
- Adaptability and resilience to handle a varied caseload
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build client trust
- Pragmatic, welfare-focused clinical approach with sound decision-making ability
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment
- Certificate of Sponsorship available for eligible candidates requiring visa sponsorship
