Key Responsibilities

• Lead the veterinary team as Clinical Director, mentoring and developing colleagues
• Deliver high-standard clinical care across the full range of small animal cases
• Shape the strategic direction and growth of the practice
• Manage clinical standards, protocols, and patient outcomes
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners
• Collaborate with the partnership network to drive practice success

Requirements

• RCVS Registered Veterinary Surgeon
• Proven leadership experience as a Lead Veterinary Surgeon, Clinical Director, or senior clinician with management responsibilities
• Strong track record of delivering clinical excellence
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Commercial awareness and business acumen
• Genuine commitment to patient and client care
