Ready to lead clinical strategy while keeping your hands on cases? This Clinical Director role at Rosehill offers a rare 75/25 split: hands-on practice work plus strategic leadership, with no OOH and genuine four-day weeks.
This is a senior clinical leadership opportunity combining hands-on veterinary work with strategic direction. You'll spend approximately 75% of your time in clinical practice, enjoying a balanced mix of consultations and surgery, while the remaining 25% focuses on leadership, governance and team development. The role is based at Rosehill Veterinary Clinic, a recently refurbished small animal practice just outside Plymouth city centre.
You'll work four days per week with Saturday mornings (9am to 2pm) on a 1:4 rota. There is no out-of-hours on-call commitment; emergency cover is provided by a nearby IVC hospital. This structured schedule makes it genuinely possible to maintain work-life balance while stepping into a director-level position.
