This Cattery Supervisor role places you at the centre of a busy cattery at Stapeley Grange Wildlife Centre. You will work closely with the Cattery Manager, taking significant day-to-day responsibility for animal care, team coordination and the smooth running of the cattery.
The rota is full-time and permanent, with hours of 8am to 4pm on a three-week rolling rota, including one in three weekends off. The role calls for someone who is confident leading others, making decisions independently when needed and keeping animal welfare at the heart of every choice.
You will also be supporting cats with a range of needs, including more complex behavioural challenges, so this is a practical role for someone who can combine calm judgement with compassionate care.
