The RSPCA is seeking a Digital Engagement Executive to develop innovative digital communications that raise awareness, drive supporter engagement, build long-term loyalty, and increase return on investment for campaigns, communications, and fundraising. This permanent, hybrid position offers a genuinely flexible approach to working life: based in Horsham, West Sussex, you'll work just one day per month on-site, with the rest of your time flexible around your needs and operational demands.
You'll work closely with the Digital Engagement Manager and multiple internal stakeholders, designing and managing the complete lifecycle of digital engagement campaigns. Your focus will be delivering inspiring, high-quality communications primarily through email and digital messages, with SMS messaging opportunities emerging in future projects. No two days are the same as you collaborate across the organisation to bring campaigns to life.
